Abby is a meticulous lawyer, having honed her skills in commercial law at some of Sydney’s finest firms and as in-house counsel in a national manufacturing firm. Abby specialises in commercial contracts, business and share sale agreements, property transactions, commercial leasing and family law property settlements.

Michael has been an accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation since 2006 and has been named in the Best Lawyers List for Insolvency and Reconstruction since 2016.
Michael advises on commercial litigation, corporate law, bankruptcy and insolvency, property law, trusts and estate matters.

John has been practising as a solicitor on the NSW South Coast for over 15 years, and has a thorough knowledge of all aspects of law that may affect residents of our local community. He is dedicated to helping his client and contributing to his local community.

Simone brings an incredibly diverse background and skill set to our community.
Born and raised in Sydney, Simone moved to Bermagui in 2019 after long stints in Japan and Melbourne.

Bailee is John’s assistant and works closely with him in estate planning and estate administration matters, as well as broadly across other areas. She has a Diploma in Paralegal Services and a positive approach to new challenges, ensuring your needs will always be met.
KATH ROSE
CONVEYANCING PARALEGAL & JUSTICE OF THE PEACE
Kath is a graduate from the University of Wollongong and has also completed her Certificate IV in Legal Services. Kath works in our Narooma Office and assists with all areas of the practice including file management, accounts, conveyancing and legal document preparation.

Hannah has been working at Clarke Law as a legal assistant since 2023 and her friendly smile is the first thing you see when you walk into our Bermagui office! Hannah holds a Certificate IV in Legal Services and is always affable, helpful, and competent when interacting with clients.

Rory is the newest member of our team and is currently studying his diploma in paralegal studies at university. Rory works in our Narooma office as a paralegal and assists across all areas of our practice.
